Silane coupling agent BTSM is a new kind of bisilane, that is, there are two silane structures in the same molecular structure. BTSM has six alkoxy groups on one molecule, double the number of normal silane coupling agents. Therefore, it can form a higher crosslinking density on the surface of inorganic materials; At the same time, the silanol formed after hydrolysis of the product is more acidic than that formed by ordinary silane coupling agent, so it can form a stronger covalent bond with the hydroxyl groups on the surface of metal and inorganic materials, and is not easy to hydrolysis. Physical and chemical properties: index BTSM molecular weight 354.6 appearance colorless to light yellow transparent liquid density (ρ20), g/cm3 0.975 boiling point (5mmHg), ℃ 96.

 

Usage: because of its special structure BTSM mainly has the following usage:

1, Environmental protection type chromium-free metal surface treatment liquid, instead of the traditional phosphating process;

2. Adhesive, sealant and other polymers in the crosslinking agent, to provide moisture curing function. Usage:  Adopt alcohol-water solution treatment method. Specific ratio according to the specific metal plate to be processed material and surface conditions, processing requirements; can be used directly or by the integral blending method.

 

Packing: 5 kg plastic drums, 4 drums per carton; Storage and expiry date: Stored in a cool and ventilated room, moisture-proof and waterproof, away from fire and heat source, please use as soon as possible after opening the package. Valid for one year, expired products can be used after passing the test.
