Silane coupling agent KH602 is diamino functional group silane, the appearance is colorless to slightly yellow transparent liquid, soluble in ethanol, acetone, toluene, and other solvents, easy to hydrolyze when wet.

※ Usage and precautions:

1, Silane coupling agent KH602 can be used to improve the surface bonding properties of organic materials and inorganic materials, improve its mechanical properties, electrical properties, water resistance, aging resistance.

 

2. The main use of silane coupling agent KH602 is to produce amino silicone oil, which can then prepare amino silicone oil microemulsion. It can be used for finishing all kinds of natural fibers, synthetic fibers and mixed woven fabrics, especially for finishing high-grade textiles, such as wool, hemp, silk and other fabrics, which can obviously improve the softness, crease resistance, wear resistance and elasticity of these fabrics.

 

3. Silane coupling agent KH602 can be used as waterproof, soft and brightening agent in the leather industry. It is a skin and hair protectant produced by daily chemicals to make the skin delicate, hair soft and shiny, and easy to comb.

 

4, Silane coupling agent KH602 for silane curing, polysulfide sealant (glue), single and two components can cross link (infiltration) silicone (polysulfide) sealant, so as to improve the adhesion of the substrate (cement, copper, glass, etc.), and curing without bubbles, the color of the system is light.

 

5. Silane coupling agent KH602 is used for phenolic and epoxy resins, which can improve the strength of composite materials and the wet electrical properties under the condition of low frequency.

 

6. The polymers suitable for silane coupling agent KH602 are: epoxy resin, phenolic resin, polyvinyl chloride, bistyrene, polyamide, etc. Inorganic materials suitable for coupling include glass fiber, glass microsphere, white carbon black, mica powder, talc powder, clay, etc.

 

7. Silane coupling agent KH602 is stored at room temperature and valid for one year. Finished products are packed in plastic drums of 5Kg and 10Kg.  Special specifications need to be ordered.
